You won't be charged extra for phone calls, emails, document preparation, form submissions, or follow-up work. The only additional costs is for your annual re-certification to stay continue your eligibility in to the program, and optional services like expedited processing (if available) or third-party document requests, which we'll discuss and get approval for in advance. We never add surprise fees or charges to your account.

Once we accept your file, our underwriting department carefully reviews your documentation and qualifications to ensure accuracy and eligibility before submission. Because our work involves preparing and submitting official federal documentation, refunds are not based on satisfaction but on compliance with federal regulations.
​Under federal regulations, clients have three (3) business days from the date of enrollment to cancel and receive a full refund, provided that no work has been submitted on their file. Once your application or file has been submitted for processing, no refunds will be issued. Our goal is to ensure you understand your enrollment and the services we provide before moving forward.
